With a 746 on the CUET UG 2024 for B.A. (Hons) Economics, you should be able to get into a number of prestigious Delhi University colleges. Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar College (BRAC) curriculum for BCom and BCom (Hons) are specified by the University of Delhi. The total number of credits to be earned by students pursuing BCom and BCom (Hons) at Jesus and Mary College are 132 and 148, respectively. While the Ability Enhancement papers are same for both the courses, the number of core and discipline-specific elective papers is more in the curriculum of BCom (Hons) as compared to BCom (Programe).

Yes, JMC BCom admission is entrance-based. The college admits students to its BCom courses only if they have a valid CUET UG score. CUET UG is a national-level entrance test conducted by the NTA for admissions to the UG-level courses at various universities/colleges. Hence,  interested candidates must apply for CUET UG. After appearing for CUET UG, candidates must register on the CSAS portal of DU to be eligible for seat allocation.

To be eligible for BCom admission at JMC, a candidate must have passed Class 12 with relevant subjects and have a valid CUET UG score. As per the eligibility criteria of CUET UG for BCom admissions, the minimum percentage required in Class 12 is 50% for candidates belonging to the general category. Additionally, the candidates must have taken CUET UG with either one of the following two subject combinations: 

1.  List A languages + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and at least one subject from List B1
2. At least one subject from List B1 + Accountancy/Book Keeping, and any one language from List A
