If you have received the admit card then most probably you will be allowed to give your exams but you might not get your result/marksheet. You should get in touch with your college office regarding this and clear your doubts.

You have the option to upgrade your assigned college and course during Delhi University's CSAS seat allocation process. Before announcing a round, the university makes the Upgrade Window available to all admitted students.
1. You must select the "Upgrade" option if you want to get a college or course of higher preference.
2. The upgraded seat will be automatically canceled if you do not "accept" the upgraded seat or do not perform any activity on the upgraded seat.
3. You may also be declared out of CSAS.
4. You will be admitted to the earlier seat if your choices are not upgraded.
