Delhi University (DU)

1. Yes, as a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student, you can apply for English (BA Hons. English) at Delhi University (DU) — but you cannot ignore your PCB subjects completely if they were part of your CUET. 
   
   
2. Ensure you included English language + at least 2 other valid subjects in your CUET attempt.
3. If your CUET only had PCB + English, your merit will be based on those scores—which is allowed.
4. You cannot exclude or replace PCB marks with other subjects not attempted in CUET.

Delhi University does offer various BSc specializations, but agriculture is not one of them. But there are other colleges all around the country that offer courses in agriculture. Delhi University fee structure is inclusive of various components, which are one-time chargeable or have to be paid yearly or semester-wise. DU BTech tuition fee amount is INR 4.3 lakh for the complete duration. Students have to pay first semester fee or the admission fees to confirm seats. It must be noted that the mentioned fee amount is as per the official website or sanctioning body but is subject to revision.

Candidates wanting to take admission in BTech at Delhi University need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. The students who are Class 12 or equivalent pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects are eligible. These are required for verification purposes by the university. 

Delhi University does not offer B.Sc Forensic Science. It does offer an M.Sc. in Forensic Science. A B.Sc in Forensic Science is still offered by many more colleges in Delhi as well as in other parts of the country.
