As per a document released by Savitribai Phule Pune University, PUMBA does provide a refund in case of withdrawal of admission. However, the refund is subject to fee refund guidelines released by UGC. Listed below are the guidelines to be followed as per the fee refund policy of the university:

To know which is a better choice, students must weigh both options based on important factors such as fees and median package. As per official sources, the fees to pursue BBA at PUMBA and Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (BMCC) is INR 2.1 Lacs and INR 1.60 lakh, respectively. In terms of fees, BMCC is a better choice. 

Moreover, as per placement data available on Shiksha, median packages offered to BBA students at PUMBA and BMCC are INR 2 LPA and INR 2.15 LPA. In terms of package, BBA from BMCC is a better choice.
