Hi,
NID and NIFT are the best in the Design industry. Most of the Entrance are over for 2019 admissions. If you want admission in 2019 - then you will have to compromise with the smaller colleges / institutes.

Yes, B.Com student can pursue graphic designing since graphic designing is really a unique course. There is a lot of scope in this subject if you are interested. I would recommend you to go for it and try it out because it is really good and there are many colleges that are providing this course in India.
