You will need to consult from the concerned college as minimum eligibility criteria is 12th standard.

As for IIFA Multimedia, Srinivasanagar, Srinivasanagar, Bangalore for B.Sc in Animation and Multimedia, the eligibility is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. So, if you B.Sc was 4 year degree program, you can apply for NID and IIFA both. Else, try for IIFA.
