At Whistling Woods International, the BDes programme leans heavily toward practical, hands-on learning. While you will study the history and theory of design, most of your time is spent in studios and labs. You will work on real-world projects, creating portfolios that showcase your actual skills to future employers.  

Whistling Woods International curriculum for the BDes is industry-focused. Over the four-year course, you will study fundamental design principles before moving into advanced technical training. For example, Animation students dive into 3D modeling, while Fashion students explore garment construction and textiles.  

Whistling Woods International encourages students from all academic backgrounds to apply for the BDes degree. You do not need to have studied art or design in school to be eligible for the course. Many successful designers start with a foundation in Science or Commerce before switching to creative fields. 

To join Whistling Woods International for the BDes program, you must have completed your Class 12 schooling. The institute accepts candidates from any recognised board, whether it is CBSE, ICSE, or a state board. It does not matter which stream you studied in high school, Science, Commerce, or Arts.
