To be eligible for BDes at Arch College of Design and Business, you only need a minimum of 50% in your 10+2 exams. While higher marks are good for your overall profile, the college focuses much more on your AIEED performance. As long as you meet the basic 50% eligibility, your creative talent is what will ultimately get you a seat.

BDes at Arch College of Design and Business does not have a fixed "marks-based" cutoff like traditional engineering courses. Instead, your total score in the AIEED (All India Entrance Examination for Design), which includes the exam, portfolio, and interview, determines your rank. Generally, students with a strong creative portfolio and a good score in the general aptitude section have a high chance of selection.

Unlike many private design schools, BDes at Arch College of Design and Business emphasizes "Design Thinking" along with technical software skills. The college is also known for its strong focus on traditional crafts, like Jewellery Design, which is a major highlight of the Jaipur campus. NIFT is a government-run institution, so its BDes fees are lower, around INR 6 - 9 lakh, compared to Arch College of Design and Business. Arch offers a more business-focused curriculum with its own incubation hub for start-ups. Arch also uses the AIEED exam, which focuses heavily on a student's overall creative mindset rather than just a written test.

Absolutely, Arch College of Design and Business supports entrepreneurs through its HubIN incubation centre. The college provides mentorship and networking opportunities to help BDes students launch their own design labels or start-ups. This is ideal for students who want to create their own path in the creative industry rather than taking a traditional job.
