All the above mentioned courses are different from each other and have a high impact in their fields. Only one name is coming on my mind is LPU, Jalandhar, Punjab. One of the best University can do justice to both the courses. Journalism and mass communication talks about Print Media, TV & Radio Journalism, etc. Along with graphic designing, public relations, advertising and media, etc. However, interior designing is what you know all about. It depends on your area of interest. Both are completely different fields and have no comparison. M.Des in graphic design of NID is the best course at PG level. The eligibility criteria of NID is given below. Eligibility criteria : Bachelor degree of minimum 3-year duration in any specialisation, after 12th standard or equivalent to 12th standard. Condition: Applicants must have passed the Bachelor degree examinations before June 2019. Age criteria : For Indian Nationals in General Category & General EWS category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1990 are eligible to apply for admission. B. Des in Fashion design, Accessories design and Knitwear design courses of NIFT are good for Arts stream students. Other courses like Product design, Leather design, Graphic design and B.FTech etc. Needs some Mathematical and Science background for better understanding.

B.Tech courses are not available for Fashion design Diploma holders. B.Tech lateral admission are based on three years engineering Diploma courses like Mechanical, CSE, Civil, Electrical etc. However B. Des Fashion Design lateral is the best available option for fashion design Diploma holders.

Please write about the college name for better response. However you are eligible for M.Des courses of NIFT and NID. The educational qualification criteria of both is the same as given below. Educational qualification : Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute / University recognised by law in India.
