Candidates must have a valid JEE Main or UPCET score and a 50% in 10+2 (PCM) (45% for reserved categories) in order to enroll in Dewan VS Group of Institutions for B.E./B.Tech through UPCET counseling. Apply online at upcet.nta.nic.in and select Dewan in the CAP process and check your documentation. As an alternative, management quota seats (applied for at the institute) offer direct admission based on 10+2 scores. Merit-based admissions or CAT/MAT are required for other courses, such as MBA or BBA. Diploma holders can apply for lateral admission through UPCET.

A respectable private school in Meerut that offers engineering, management, and law courses is Dewan VS Group of Institutions. It has good infrastructure, including state-of-the-art labs and a digital library, and is affiliated with AKTU and CCSU Companies like TCS and Wipro visit and offer packages up to INR 5 LPA, but placements are mediocre. Although they have expertise faculty members differ in their efficacy. Hostel amenities need to be improved and the campus isn't very lively. For local kids it's a fair alternative but it's not the best.
