In Delhi, there are very good classes for DGCA exams. Many good instructors and retired defense personnel are taking classes for CPL aspirants. They give regular classes for DGCA exams every three months. Some retired DGCA instructors also are taking classes for DGCA exams. You may look for them and join the classes as per your requirement.

You will have to appear for DGCA exams on your own. Flying Club has got nothing to do with DGCA exams. They shall although prepare you for the exams by providing you the required ground classes but you will yourself be responsible to appear and get through the DGCA exams for issue for CPL on your own. Appear only when you feel that you are fully prepared to get through.

There is no such limitation. Those pilots who are hired on Wide body fleet like Boeing 777/787 and Airbus 350/380 fly the international route from the very first day onwards. Others who fly narrow body fleet like Airbus 320 or Boeing 737 are on the domestic sectors usually. Some small international sectors like Dubai, Singapore, Moscow etc. are also covered by narrow body fleet.

If you are aspiring to be a pilot, then it will not be of any major use, because you will be flying in an environment where English will be majorly used for almost all the communication. Radio Telephony and ATC communications will require usually English and you may also communicate in French, but only when you fly in French airspace. So, communication with them would become easy and flawless, if you can speak in their language. This would

Apart from IGRUA no other flying school conducts entrance exams for CPL entrants and like I've told you before also it was based on reasoning and class 10th level maths. So the best suitable books are those which come in use for NDA officer entry.
