Hello Bhavani, you have completed your B.Sc. In nutrition food Service management and dieteticsin Science that is M.Sc. In food technology. Is this correct? I definitely think that you are eligible to pursue this course since you have done the basic graduation in Science in a very similar subject. But I would like to advise you, for to be sure, to download the brochure of the college where you intend to seek admission and SEE for yourself what this States about the eligibility for your desired course. Candidates aspiring for admission to the course are required to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria. Graduation or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline, completed from a recognized university. Graduation needs to be completed in any of the following:

  • Home Science
  • Nutrition or Dietetics 
  • Food Science
  • Biology
  • Microbiology
  • Clinical Biochemistry
  • Life Sciences
  • BNYS (Naturopathy)
  • BAMS (Ayurveda)

A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for the course on provisional basis.

Yes, you are eligible to apply for PG Diploma dietetics. The eligibility criteria of SNDT Women University is given below for reference please. Eligibility criteria : Minimum percentage is 45% or B grade for students who have the following degrees: B.Sc. Foods and Nutrition, B.Sc. Food Science and Nutrition, B.Sc.
