If you want to take admission in dietetics after class 12th, then you should choose physics chemistry and biology as your main subjects. With PCB, you will be eligible to write the NEET exam also.

Candidates need to be from any stream of art/ Science/ commerce in 10+2 level. Minimum marks required is 50%. Some reputed colleges do conduct entrance exam. Admission process starts with application form and then according to merit the selection is made.

B.Sc in nutrition and dietetics is a 3- year long full- time undergraduate course divided over 6 semesters.
Course Level: Undergraduate
Eligibility: Passing 10+2
Average fee: INR 2 to 5 Lacs
Admission Process: Counselling after the entrance examination.

B.Sc Nutrition and Dietetics program is not available at Madurai Kamaraj University (DDE), Hence you can not do this. However P.G. Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics (Only in Tamil Nadu) of one year course is available here. The eligibility criteria is as under.
Eligibility : A Degree in Science with Biology as one of the subject in +2 (XII Std.)
