Hi Madan,
Candidates aspiring for admission to the course are required to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria.
1. Graduation or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline, completed from a recognized university.
2. Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:
Home Science
Nutrition or Dietetics
Food Science
Biology
Microbiology
Clinical Biochemistry
Life Sciences
BNYS (Naturopathy)
BAMS (Ayurveda)
3. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation.
4. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply for the course on provisional basis.

You can explore courses like PG Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Food and Nutrition, Holistic Nutrition, etc. You may also do an M.Sc since your CGPA is quite good and you will be eligible to apply. You can visit any college or university website to explore these courses.

Yes, you can easily do that as this is the only graduation and for the post-graduation you can easily do whatever you want and for B.Tech this is a technical branch.
