I think this is not available. However, very few institutes which offer lateral admission in 2nd year B.Tech, if you have PCM in your intermediate.

Information obtained so far is that neither DEC nor AICTE has recognised engineering degree courses through distance education. You may prefer AMIE/AMIETE/AMIME/AMIE/AMAeSI etc which are considered equivalent to BE/B Tech for jobs in industry(excluding faculty positions). But if you are keen on doing distance education B Tech visit www.sskcollege.com
