For distance education IGNOU, University of Mumbai, University of Madras, Annamalai university, Nalandha open university, Dr BR ambedkar university are best. Since these are UGC recognised you can apply for any government and private jobs. All the Best for your future.

No, it would not be possible, as for JBT you need to have passed 10+2 from recognized school or board, you should have at least 50% marks in aggregate for taking admission in the training programme and a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university and should have minimum 45% marks for taking admission.

Yes, you'll get admission. IGNOU considers 3 years Diploma course (after 10th) equivalent to 12th class.

Yes, you can pursue two courses at the same time if the mode is different i.e. one is regular and the other one is a distance mode but it would be advisable to never show both the degrees at the same time.
