The Sammilani Mahavidyalaya provides only specific degree courses and is affiliated to Netaji Subhash Open University. You have option in BA Honours - Bengali or History or English or Sociology. There is no BA general degree offered by the college.

You can pursue BA (Three Years Duration Course) through Distance Learning Mode from any university in the areas of Hindi, History, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, etc.

It depends on the criteria of the particular institution who provides MSW course. As per my information, you can pursue MSW course, if you have a Bachelor's Degree.

Yes, you can. IGNOU and other open universities run bridge courses, so as to pursue Bachelor's degree. http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soss/programmes/detail/145/2 click the link for more. There is no need at all for having class 11th and class 12th standard. Alternatively, pursue class 11th and class 12th standard via private mode or get admission in NIOS, then after pursue BA from distance or private mode.
