Many universities in India offer UGC-DEB approved distance BCA programs. These degrees are considered equivalent to regular BCA degrees for most purposes, including employement. Overall, a distance BCA degree from a UGC-DEB approved university can be a valuable way to gain the skills and knowledge you need for a career in IT.
