Hi. D. EL. ED Distance Education is a 2 year degree programme that enables a person to be skilled in the knowledge of teaching. This course is beneficial for students who are unable to pursue regular D. EL. ED courses. Students after completing this course will be eligible to teach students at the Primary Level. Very few institutes provide D. EL. ED in Distance mode. Some of them are SCERT Bihar and NIOS (ODL). These government institutes provide limited education in the field of D. El. Ed Distance Education. IGNOU also used to offer D. EL. ED Distance education course, but the course has been suspended since July, 2019.
