I had 51 in chemistry and physics and 65 in mathematics in my hsc so am i eligible to apply for distance learning for bsc nautical science?

You can apply for B.Sc. Nautical Science if you have at least 60% marks in physics, chemistry and maths (overall) and 50% marks in English.

All the Bachelors degrees of IGNOU are recognised by DEC. So, If you complete B.A. B.Sc. B.Com. From IGNOU then you are eligible for CAT Iims). But do remember that it should be Bachelors or Higher degree. Certificate or Diploma courses are not acceptable as CAT notification clearly states a degree

Can I complete my B.Tech degree from any distance learning institute?. I have dropped my B.Tech after the 2nd-year completion.

Yes, you can do that, but the thing is that the college you had left and the institute you want to join should be affiliated from same university. If this is the situation then it is good for you, otherwise your first two years in B.Tech are waste.
