MBA programs require work experience and in Ireland mostly you will find PGDM or MS Business programs for freshers. Talking about the distance education you had prior you have to write to the universities you plan applying to and find out. IGNOU degrees are generally recognised worldwide however always check with the concerned universities directly. Additionally, you must take your IELTS and/or GMAT.

The Certificates of the National Institute of Open Schooling( NIOS) is as recognised as any other certificates given by any of the recognised Board. The Government of India has given the authority to conduct Public Examinations at Secondary and Sr. Secondary level. Therefore, NIOS act as any another National Board.
Candidate obtaining a certificate from NIOS are eligible to take admission in most of the Colleges and Universities, given, they must fulfil the other eligibility criteria required for the admission.

You must get your degree evaluated first. Write to the universities in Australia you are planning to apply to. Every university has different requirements, so check with them first.
