Yes, IGNOU is very good brand and the scores are acceptable everywhere. You can also check Amity, Welingkar and NMIMS for distance MBA as they offer great opportunities after graduation.

Yes, you can pursue MBA through distance mode. IGNOU and Welingkars are two great options. Ph.D can be specialized into above subjects.

If you have done MCA through distance learning from a recognized university, then you are eligible to appear for GATE to get admission in M.Tech CSE.

Don't get yourself demotivated by thinking yourself a mediocre student. Work hard, set a target and you can get it.
Yes, you can do MBA, take loan if you can't pay cash. Don't join suddenly, prepare for some competitive exams. Sit at home and study for some time, work on your communication skills and join a good MBA college.

Hi,
Yes, you can do MBA through distance. Sikkim Manipal and NMIMS and many other good institutes provide distance education. MBA will develop your managerial skills, it also includes information from all the fields.
