You can look for distance learning universities for Master programme, there are many distance learning universities for distance learning MBA programme like Amity distance learning university, Annamalai distance learning university, NMIMS, JIMS, and Jaipur National University.

Sorry to say, but there is no such college for Bachelor of Engineering in civil in Mumbai distance learning, The thing is that distance learning universities don't have authority to offer Engineering courses, earlier they had the option to offer engineering course but since 2012 they had been banned to offer engineering course by UGC regulation. There are many courses which are banned like Engineering as I said, Pharmacy, Medicine, Dental, Agriculture was being offered by the distance learning universities but unfortunately, it has been banned at the end of March 2019. But if you want to do any IT course then you can enroll
