As per the UGC norms, no institute can offer programs on distance mode if at least 40% of its content are practicals. In BHMS, mostly all papers contain practicals. So, you will not be able to enroll in BHMS distance education programme.

Yes, you can opt for MBA through distance but need to be very clear about UGC approved colleges otherwise the degree will not be valuable. I suggest you for DPU IDL the distance college of D. Y.
