After MBBS, you have to complete your one year compulsory internship. After that you have to apply for Medical Officer Post invited by State level selection boards.

Hi, Every state board has equal value as per Indian education council. So it's basically dosent matter if you do your 12th from Gujarat board, Maharashtra board or any other you will be eligible to apply for Engeenering or MBBS entrance examination with equal rights.
