In order to have wider career options, you are advised to opt for PCMB at 10+2 stage if it'd allowed by your school and board of education. Even with PCB you have other career option beside medical such as pure science, pharmacy, law, hotel management, BBA, fashion designing , medical technologist, nursing etc.

You may evaluate BBA and MBA, law, hotel management or fashion designing as an alternate to popular career options like engineering or medical.

In India, all courses in emergency medicine require MBBS as minimum qualification. So, you won't find emergency medicine course for BAMS doctors.

Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) is a premier medical institute of India. AFMC will accept NEET score for admission to MBBS programmes. AFMC MBBS 2016 admission will be done on the basis candidates marks in NEET 2016 and in ToELR (Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and and Reasoning).
As you are in 10th, please complete 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Biology with good score in NEET.
