You must take Physics Chemistry and Biology as your main subjects in class 11 and 12. With PCB you will be eligible to appear for Medical entrance exams conducted by CBSE, state Governments and Private Medical Institutes. Medical entrance exam is very competitive therefore you must prepare well for entrance exams.

Unless you do MBBS you can not get medical doctor degree. If you want Dr in front of your name you can do PhD after M.Sc.

To become a doctor, you have to appear common medical entrance examination AIPMT /NEET. Check the website www.aipmt.nic.in for more information.

To become a successful doctor,you should complete your MBBS MD mainly in the specialists options.Mostly,big hospitals recruits MBBS specialise doctors.After PCB you can pursue this complicated course.

You haven't done MBBS or BDS. So you aren't eligible for appearing MD MS examination. As you have done B.Sc, you can go for M.Sc.
