There is no management quota for admission in the MBA course offered at Doon University. Doon University admissions are strictly entrance exam based. For admission in the MBA course, the candidate should possess a UG degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories from Uttarakhand). Also, the candidate should have a valid CAT/ MAT score. Based on their score in any of the aforesaid exams, applicants can apply further for the counselling process followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

Students are expected to stay in the Doon University unless the concerned department permits them to stay outside. There are separate hostels for boys and girls at Doon University. All students residing in the campus hostel are required to abide by the hostel rules and regulations. Candidates can refer to the Doon University official website for more details.
Students who do not want to reside at the Doon University campus hostel will have to get permission from the university’s management or any other concerned department; only then can they reside outside the campus.
