Doon University accepts national entrance exams such as JEE Main, CAT, MAT, and others.  Aspiring candidates must qualify the exam as per the desired course. The Doon University provides the BBA course to all the eligible students. Interested students should stay updated about the intake capacity. Doon University offers a limited intake capacity BTech course. A total of 40 seats are available for the students to apply. Some seats are reserved for the reserved category candidates. 23% of seats are given for SC/ST students. 14% is given to the OBC, and 10% is for EWS. Rest are for the general category.

2 - Candidates are shortlisted based on the results scored in JEE Main and by fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
3 - Shortlisted candidates are then called for document verification. If offered admission, students need to pay the admission fee of INR 2,000 and confirm admission. The tuition fee is to be paid eventually.
