For admission in BCom course of BAOU, the aspirants must be Class 12 or equivalent exam pass. The eligible candidates can proceed with the application formalities. Moreover, the admission is done on a merit-basis. Hence, the applicants performance in the last qualifying exam is taken into consideration. There is entrance score requirement for admission.

Additionally, the aspirants who have passed 10th Std + ITI (2 or More Years) + NCVT/GCVT + GSHEB/gose 12th English Exam, 10th + 3 Years Diploma (polytechnic) are also eligible to apply. The applicants must hold the relevant documents at the time of form filling and course admission.

Candidates seeking admission in the BBA first year should have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam Or Class 10 with ITI, NCVT/GCVT, GSHEB/GOSE Class 12 English exam or Class 10 with a three-year Diploma are also eligible. Additionally, for direct admission to second-year, students shall have passed Class and have a one-year Diploma in the relevant subject. Furthermore, for admission in the third year, the aspirant should have completed an advanced Diploma in the relevant subject as per the chosen BBA specialisation.

BAOU accepts admission to either first or second year of the course. Those taking admission in the first year should have a UG degree. While for those taking admission in the second year, a PGD in social work after graduation from a recognised university is needed.

Aspirants who have passed class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognised board are eligible to apply for a BA course in BAOU Ahmedabad. Candidates shall have the pass certificate with them at the time of form filling or at the time of admission (if required). In addition, the candidates who have passed B.P.P. examination are also eligible to apply.
