Hello Everybody!

Dr. Subhash University in Junagadh, Gujarat, India provides a bachelor's degree course of BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery with offline admissions.

Students need to ensure they have cleared class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with a minimum aggregate of 50 to 60 percent.

Entrance Exam

It is obligatory for students to clear NEET- National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.

Fees Structure

Fees can be deposited via online or offline channels. BAMS is a five and a half years undergraduate degree program. This course includes a compulsory internship for one year.

The latest cutoff for the B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture at Dr. Subhash University is based on the GUJCET exam. For 2024, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 45% overall (or 40% for reserved categories) in their 10+2 examinations, which should include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The minimum criteria for BCA at Dr. Subhash University:

- Candidates must be passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Examination) from any Central/State recognised board.
- It is compulsory that the candidate has taken Mathematics/Business Mathematics as one of the subject in 10+2. 
- It is must to have secured 45% marks in aggregate while for SC/ST it is 40%.
- The candidate needs to have passed English at an intermediate level or any other equivalent qualification.
- Any candidate who intends to join this university should be 17 years of age and above on the 31st of December in the year of his or her admission to the university.

This university can be classified under Tier 2 universities with the primary classification outlining that Dr. Subhash University is a medium-level university. This is a private university that is accredited by the UGC and accepted by other councils such as AICTE, PCI, and INC. Offering competitive quality education and being reputable it however is not among the leading institutions in the country.

To be eligible for admission to BTech in CSE at Dr Subhash University, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear either for JEE Mains or for the GUJCET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course.

I checked Dr. Subhash University and I realized that it does not have the course known as BAMS which stands for Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine, and Surgery. However, I can provide you with the admission criteria for BAMS programs in general:

- NEET score: The number of credits which is assigned to such courses belongs to the range of 150-300 credits and could be also different based on the category of the university and the particular programme offered.
- HSC (12th) marks: From 50 to 60% (depending on the university).
- Age limit: open for 17-25 years but this depends on the university.

The highest placement package offered to Dr Subhash University students is INR 11 LPA and the average package ranges between INR 3-4 LPA. There is a good record in placement, most companies visit the university for placements. However, it is also pertinent to inform you that Dr. Subhash University does not run a BAMS program. Yes, you can get Direct Admission to the Dr. Subhash Chandra Bose University (formerly Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University ) for MCA. MCA of the university directly admits the students in to the streams by testing their merit in the graduation examination.
