In case of private universities and colleges and individual institute that make admission by own entrance test admission are going to start right after boards. You can register yourself to get a seat even now in your desired private college. In case of CLAT it's not begin yet as it will be declared after results.

No, now it is not necessary because DU LL.B. HONS is after graduation. So you should focus on class 12th first. If then also you have time so first start preparing for entrance of graduation of University you will be going. I think this is enough for you to understand.

For that, you can do LL. M. and specialisation in insurance law.

You can get admission for LL.B. (3 years) through CLAT or any university entrance exam or Direct admission in any private college.
