Yes, you can get admission to the B.E./B.Tech course at GMR Institute of Technology (GMRIT) provided you do not require appearing for Andhra Pradesh ECET. You can get through into the institute in case you are not considered for state quota, but are eligible for management quota, and they will take people based on national entrance exams like JEE Main or equivalent.
