There is no such distinction of NIOS students for admissions in DU. You will be totally eligible, but the admissions are based on merit so you will need to score accordingly. I suggest seeking out last year’s merit list to get a general idea as it varies each year.

As such there is no bar for doing any degree based on gender. Only the difference is that is the university is specifically concerned for women then you cannot pursue any degree. You can check any other university for any degree if you want.
