Hello! According to my information both the colleges are good for history (hons) but Ramlal Anand College have upper hand in History (hons) in comparison to Deshbandhu college. Yes, you can do because B.Sc. Economics Hons Programme, it is a commerce base Programme. Only a Bsc tag name doesn't give it a science base Programme. Most of Universities offer economics Hons programme Programme to students with subjects like Maths or economics.

Unfortunately, Post Graduate College, Ghazipur does not offer an M.A. In Economics. However, you may want to contact the college directly for more information about the courses they offer and the cutoff information for admission.
