Yes, there is no age restriction in IGNOU for choosing any course. To pursue Bachelors in commerce basic requirement is 10+2 from any recognized university. You can definitely apply here.

Hi Vicky, Let me start by telling you a little on what Economics is all about and how is it linked with Math and Statistics. Economics is a social Science.
