Yes, PCM students can go for London School of Economics as far as I know. There are some exams that you need to clear before you get into London School of Economics. But I would suggest for graduation you should be in India. Choose the best institution in India if you think your marks of good like ST. Stephen's College or Indian Statistical Institute which are very good colleges for economics honours and after doing your graduation, go for London School of Economics for Master's degree. Hi Neeraj,
Everyone who has scored above 60% marks in class 12th are eligible to get admission in Delhi University. However, the cut offs goes high generally creating problems for low scorers. Yes, you can get economics without mathematics. Apply for DU and wait for the cutoff declaration.

No, maths is not compulsory rather it's an optional subject which you can take up for your own benefit or desire. Economics (Hons) doesn't require maths.

No, you need to have more than 55% in class 12th in any stream. Maths is not compulsory.

Yes, there is great chance for you getting admission there under your said score as you know the admission is entirely on merit basis, there is no entrance exam for this course.
Just fill in the admission form (last date is around first week of July).
