Hi Mahi,
Yes, it is possible to take admission in B.A economics with this score. But the main problem is the cutoff of this college. It is generally high. So I will suggest you to apply for this college and wait for the last round to get a seat.

Yes, you can surely opt for BA in Economics, but in some colleges they prefer the students who have already studied economics so make sure to check with that before. Good Luck.

For DU entrance exam, I would recommend you to go through Bachelor of Economics honours syllabus of Delhi University. It will help you a lot and for JNU, I am not very sure but I think the syllabus is almost the same because many of the students from Delhi University who have done their Bachelor's degree from Delhi University go to JNU.
