In my knowledge, there is no such course, since Delhi University doesn't offer any such thing neither it is prescribed.

You should have a degree in Economics or studied Economics as a paper in your commerce related degree. (B.A. , B.Com, B.A. (Corporate Secretaryship), etc.

You have to refer the institution in which you want to go. All the best.

Just try Lovely Professional University in Punjab. You will get great amount of exposure here as well. Go through this site once (lpu. Co. in).

I don't think you will be able to secure admission here, as you do not fulfill the eligibility requirement.
The eligibility is as below:
Candidate should have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons.) with Mathematics, as subsidiary subject. Or, Mathematics (Hons.) with Economics, as a subsidiary subject or Statistics (Hons.) with Mathematics and Economics as subsidiary subjects securing 50% marks in aggregate or any other Bachelor's degree with 60% marks with Economics and Mathematics, as subjects from any recognized university.
