Can you specify the name of the country? Generally, the universities have their own scholarship schemes and they award them to the most outstanding candidate. They are merit-based.

You can go for post graduation I.e. MA in one of your graduation subjects or opt for MBA. Apart from that, you can pursue courses in journalism if you have that inclination.
