Delhi University B.Com Admission for 2017-2018 session will begin from May 22, 2017. The candidates register themselves online for the course after May 22. The candidates who are filling the form through online mode can submit it by hand at specified centers until last week of June.

Hi Ankita, Economics is not mandatory. Geography (Hons) can be done by students passing 10+2 preferably with Geography as one of the subjects in 10+2 if you are seeking admission for the honours course. The criteria vary from college to college.

Yes, you can do it. If you get admission in B.Com honours and opt for economics as your optional subject for 4 semesters consecutively then you get a minor degree in economics as well which will help you in doing Master's degree in the same afterwards.

Hi,
To pursue economics (Hons) you need to pass class 12th with a minimum of 60% (general category).
If you are aiming for top colleges like Delhi University, you need to get more than 90% in order to get admission in the North Campus colleges.

Hi,
You aren't eligible for admission in Delhi School of Economics as it is a college for post-graduate studies in economics and other subjects. However, if you are interested in economics, you can opt for Economics (Hons) after class 12th from any of the Delhi University colleges if you secure the cut-off marks in class 12th board.
