Hi
You need to secure your admission first, before applying for VISA. Explore universities, qualify for it and seek admission first.

Hello Abhinav, for this i would suggest you to go for Masters in economics from a good college which will help you understand the basic nuances of economic policies and how economy chain runs. For this I would suggest you few good colleges like UPES Dehradoon, DSE and christ college . They have good economics faculty among the rest. UPES is one of the best place to study MA Economics as they provide specialization in Energy Economics in their curriculum which is very unique course and will open door for you to work in Consultancy firms
, Energy Research Organization
, Business Chambers (CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI)
, Energy Business Firms etc.

Dear student,
If you want to study pure science in undergraduate level or engineering - keeping PCM in +2 level will work well. Moreover if you are interested to study Economics in undergraduate level and like to keep level playing field in undergraduate level with Economics then only you can go ahead with Economics in + 2 level.
Best wishes.
