Neki Ram Sharma Government College doesn't offer MA in economics they only offer MA in political science and geography though they offer economics in UG

Normally, the syllabus pattern of B.Com equally balance all the Major subjects like, accountancy, Management, Business, statics, Banking theories, etc. But, the syllabus pattern of B.Com in Banking and Insurance course is more concentrated on Banking and Insurance related subjects Instead of other subjects. So, you can choose any one of the specializations based on your Interest and future aspiration. However, I suggest you to apply for B.Com (Hons) or B.Com General, which is having good scope when compare.

Yes, you can. Even a student with no economics at +2 can apply for B.A. Economics. Some universities may have specific requirements.

Symbosis School of Economics and Shiv Nadar University both are well known name. You can make a comparison of fees and opt for cheaper one as both are equally good.

The eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Plus M.Sc. Economics in IIT is to require a minimum CGPA of 5.5 on a 10 point scale or it's equivalent to more than 55 percent of marks, taking into consideration all the subjects.
