The Uttarakhand Technical University is one of best universities nowadays and Tulas placement of 2016/17 was good for CSE, IT & Electronics branch. Lots of software companies visited this year. Tulas also provided lots of pool campus this year. Placement depends on your ability because every year in Uttarakhand lots of pool campus takes place.
As from the point of view of education, COER is considered as best college in UTU as I too studied in COER, but placement is not so good.
In terms of placement, Graphic Era is the best university but its fee structure is very high.
DIT, Dehradun is also a good college.

Among these UPES is very famous for its unique specializations in core sector engineering programs so give it a seious thought. Last date to aply for its engineering entrance is 3rd May.
