Hello Akki,
It's very difficult to get a lateral admission in another state. Almost, all states have put restrictions on students with domiciles of the state only to be eligible. Hence it is better if you think of seeking admission in your own state via lateral mode.

No, you cannot edit or update your score once it is locked and submitted. You can contact the administrator of the DASA and request the change stating your reason. Even then it may not be possible. But you can give it a try.

All the courses offered by CIPET-Ahmedabad are good and best in India. If you want to pursue manufacturing engineering specifically I suggest taking a look at your available options first because CIPET is mainly for plastic industry, if that is where you want to go then it would be a good option.

Depends on the state you are seeking admission in. Contact CIPET-Lucknow to know about this. They will probably tell you that AMIE students are not eligible.

You probably can. If you could tell your category then it will be much easier to tell accurately that whether you will get it or not.
