Admission policies for second-year B.Sc IT programs can vary by institution. Generally, most colleges require students to have completed their 12th grade with relevant subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science) and may also require entrance exams or merit-based selection.

However, having a direct second-year Diploma in Civil Engineering might not directly qualify you for a second-year B.Sc IT program, as the curriculum and prerequisites can differ significantly.

Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCLU) in Lucknow awards a diverse array of undergraduate and graduate degrees, including that of M.Tech, but the university has not published particular placement data for its M.Tech graduates. It has stated, however, that the average salary package is roughly about ?6 Lacs per annum as placement information available for the university in general and that it includes top recruiters such as Byju's and Mahindra. 

However, it is noted that opportunities for placements vary widely across undergraduate and postgraduate programs and among different departments. Considering the scant information on M.Tech placements with KMCLU, the students should directly contact the Training and Placement Cell, inquiring for program-specific placement statistics. 

Contacting current students or alumni will also prove insightful, as the information will be useful for getting the placement scenario across colleges, especially for M.Tech graduates from KMCLU. This would allow for better decisions regarding the amount of career opportunities that lie post-graduation.

The Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCLU) in Lucknow offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs covering just about all engineering disciplines, including Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, as well as Computer Science Engineering with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Academic Offerings :-

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering: A 4-year undergraduate programme with a total intake of 60 students.

Reputation and Rankings:

KMCLU is relatively a new entrant into the sphere of engineering education. Their placement in the rankings among the major engineering universities around the world is also dismally low. It was ranked 850th in India and 12682nd worldwide which means the recognition is not much in engineering. 

Student Feedback:

Students seem to have some complaints about the engineering programs of the university such as poor campus life and infrastructure.

Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) has established the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, which offers B.Tech in Civil Engineering. The institute is reputed for its engineering programs with proper training and placement cells that help students fetch jobs.

Placements;:-

B.Tech placements are remarkable enough, with almost every student placed. The highest salary package is around ?24 Lacs per annum, while the weightage average salary package is nearly ?4 Lacs per annum. 

Faculty :-

The staff consists of quite experienced professionals who are committed to providing quality education and creating a good atmosphere for the learning process. The campus, unlike most others, does not believe in book learning only; it prepares enough for practical learning and exposure to the industry to prepare students for fieldwork in civil engineering.

Infrastructure :-

The campus is equipped with modern facilities like well-maintained laboratories, libraries, and auditoriums that support academic and extracurricular activities.

Conclusion :-

Overall, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at MRIIRS has a very balanced B.Tech programme in Civil Engineering, which is well supported concerning placements, has a faculty of experienced professionals, and has great infrastructure, making it a good alternative for future civil engineers.
