Admission to most of the IIIT Hyderabad courses is entrance exam-based.  Admission to M.Tech programme is based on entrance exam and subject to a valid score in the Postgraduate Entrance Test (PGEE) conducted by the institute. For M.Tech in PDM, however, a valid score in GATE/ CEED exams is also accepted. Other eligibility criteria includes A pass in BE/ BTech/ ME/ M.Tech (all branches), other relevant PG degrees.

 Shobhit Institute of Engineering and Technology does not refund any fees once paid, except for the security deposit. However, you can request a refund for additional amounts paid more than once, and the refund process can take 7–10 working days. The refund can be made to your bank account within 1–2 months.
