The least competitive course for the General HS category candidates was BTech in Aeronautical Engineering, with the cutoff rank of 52263. 

Admission to the B.Tech at Dr. Subhash University is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and the candidates have to secure a valid score in JEE Main, GUJCET. Therefore, candidate under the General HS category cannot get admission to BTech in CSE at KEAM rank of 5000-10000.
