Chitkara University BTech admissions are usually conducted after the release of JEE Main results, i.e., after April. Chitkara University BE admission is done based on the JEE Main score. It also offers a four-year BTech (lateral entry). The University also offers a Bachelor of Software Engineering and BE in Computer Engineering in academic mentorship with Deakin University for two years.

Aspirants must pass Class 12 with at least 60% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to apply for BE at Chitkara University, Chandigarh. Candidates must also have a JEE score. For merit-based admission, candidates must secure at least 70% aggregate.

Sunstone: Sushant University offers interview-based admission to BTech. Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility criteria and appear in the GD-PI round for admission.
