IIT Dhanbad JEE Advanced Cutoff was released based on the category and gender. For the General AI category candidates, the Cutoff ranks ranged between 3846 and 15321. To get B.Tech. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering, the General AI category candidates must have secured a minimum cutoff rank of 9875. For the General AI female candidates, the minimum JEE Advanced rank to get Mechanical Engineering was 19099. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff rank for Mechanical closed at 7762.

To get admission into IIT Dhanbad, the JEE Advanced Cutoff rank for the female candidate (General Category) ranged between 8682 and 25824. Since BTech in CSE was the toughest course to get into, therefore the Cutoff for the same was the lowest cutoff rank i.e. 8682.
