Yes, Anna University do offer BTech programs across various specializations. In fact, it also offers BE programs alongside BTech. The University provides a wide range of BTech specializations. The exact number can vary slightly year to year, but it's typically more than 10 specializations.
Compared to BTech programs, Anna University offers an even larger number of BE specializations, usually exceeding 15. However, Both BTech and BE are undergraduate engineering programs, and the core curriculum might have some overlap.

To get admission in BTech at NIT Rourkela, Candidate must have passed the 10+2 (or equivalent) exam from a recognised board with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects for the general category. Reserved category candidates might have a slightly lower minimum percentage. Admission is based on your JEE (Main) score.

There are about 90+ Diploma in Engineering colleges in Pune. Of these, 60+ colleges are privately owned, 8 colleges are owned by public/government organisations, and public-private entities own 4 colleges.

IISC Bangalore accepts GATE scores for admisison to the M.Tech courses. The Round 1 cutoff is out and as per the cutoff, the most competitive course is Mechanical Engineering with a closing rank of 665 for the General AII India category students. For the OBC category, the round 1 closing rank is 624 under the AII India Quota.
So, basis the IISC Bangalore M.Tech cutoff 2024, candidates must secure a rank over and above 600 to secure a seat for Mechanical Engineering.

SSN accept scores from the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) process. Candidates need to register and perform well in the TNEA entrance exam.
Eligibility

No, you cannot get ECE branch with 200000 rank as it is unlikely to secure admission in top branches like CSE, ME, ECE, especially at the main campus of VIT with a rank over 200,000 in VITEEE. However, you can consider trying for new campuses of VIT, although admission chances there are also very low.
