Jagran Lakecity University and Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus both are renowned universities for B.E. / B.Tech. However, in terms of affordability, Jagran Lakecity University is a better option since the total tuition fee for Jagran Lakecity University is INR 180,000 - INR 300,000 and the total tuition fee for B.E. / B.Tech at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Takshashila Campus is INR 160,000 - INR 304,500.
In the total fees that students generally end up paying the university or the college, various other components are also included, such as the exam fee, application fee, lab and other charges.

The total tuition fee for the UG programme ranges between INR 99,800 and INR 5 lakh. In addition, the one-time fee is INR 6,000. The previous year category cutoff rank in NIT Surat was 19361 in Civil Engineering. While the AIR rank was 353269.  So, the chances of getting NIT Surat are very low. Similar chances of getting IIIT Vadodara are also very low.

There are many institutes that offer Diploma in computer programming and software engineering. But not all institutes offer both diplomas. Some Institutes which offer both the diplomas are Kakatiya university, IIT Madras, University of Mumbai, NIDT Institute, Brain Point Institute.

Admission for B.Tech at Jaipur Engineering College & Research Centre is purely based on AICTE norms. The Institute recognizes scores from the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) and Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP). The eligibility criteria is minimum of 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in 10+2 / Class XII. After JEE Mains session 2, this college releases notification for admissions. Then you have to apply online on their official website. Later they called for counseling. If everything is good, you will definitely get admission.
